Welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year!
My name is Jacqueline Murdaugh. I am excited and honored to join the Jaquar family. I will be working with 9th and 11th grade students. I have 15 years of experience in education. I spent five years as a Career Development Facilitator, and 10 years as a School Counselor. I enjoy working with children and giving them the tools, they need to be successful.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from USC-Aiken, Master’s degree in School Counseling and Education Specialist Degree in School Administrator from Cambridge College, and Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment from Walden University. I earned several certifications such as Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified Career Services Provider, and Suicide Prevention Training for Trainers for Educators. I am currently in Doctoral Program at Columbia International University in Columbia, SC. With my education background and experience, I can perform and give the students here at Ridgeland-Hardeeville High School the services they need to be college and career ready.
My wonderful husband and I have been married for 21 years now with two beautiful children. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, shopping, and helping those who are in need. I have been blessed with the gift of giving; therefore, it was placed on my heart to make baskets that includes essential items for those who are unable to provide for themselves.
“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” — Malcolm X
