WELCOME

Hello Ridgeland Hardeeville Jaguars! Welcome to PE 1/ Personal Health & Wellness Class!

My name is Coach Trey Goodwin and I coach football at Ridgeland Hardeeville (Hope to see you all at the games!). This will be my 5th year teaching and my 7th year coaching overall. 

 

I am from Gadsden, SC (10 mins outside of Columbia, SC) and I attended Lower Richland HS in Hopkins, SC. After graduating from Lower Richland HS in 2014, I received an academic and football scholarship to attend Newberry College in Newberry, SC. I graduated from Newberry College with a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education and a Coaching minor in 2018. While at Newberry College, I was a part of the great " Call Me Mister" Program. After Newberry College, I received my Masters Degree in Physical Education from the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville in 2020. While receiving my Masters Degree, I worked as the Physical Education Teacher at Webber Elementary School in Eastover, SC and coached football at Lower Richland HS. 

 

My family and I are really excited to be here and look forward to interacting with everyone in the community.
