MVCR representatives Mrs. Kathleen Heneise, Human Resource Director, Mr. Raffael Ormeggio, Director of Operations, and AJ Jefferson, Director of Operations presented to students during their Business, Family and Consumer Science classes.
The representatives shared valuable information to assist students with understanding all matters pertaining to their organization. Students received a wealth of knowledge about Marriott’s hiring policy, benefits, training programs, and locations.
Mr. Ormeggio conducted a mock interview with students to show how they should prepare for an interview. Marriott representatives provided information related to creating a resume, job research, proper dress attire and using effective communication skills.
The representatives also shared their personal career stories with the students.
A site location for the new CATE facility, near RHHS, was selected during the last Board of Education meeting.
