Ms. Laurent's 7th grade science classes took part in a JCSD STEM Experiences lab on robotics this past Wednesday. Robotics is a fascinating field that has the potential to transform the world in which we live. Students who learn robotics better develop problem-solving skills and are more likely to think outside the box. While having fun and engaging with learning, the students were able to apply science, technology, engineering and math concepts in a practical and meaningful way. A special thanks goes out to Ms. Deidre Brown, STEM Coordinator and Ms. Bethany Gray, STEM Education Director for bringing this exciting experience to our students.
