Yesterday, our RSAE seniors took a step toward their future by attending the Seniors Going Straight to Work Event, sponsored by the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. Students had the opportunity to connect with employers, explore career opportunities, and gain valuable information to help them successfully transition from high school to the workforce.
Ms. McCants, RSAE high school CDF, shared, "From the moment the students arrived, they were complimented on their professional dress and as they moved around the room, potential employers commented on how well spoken they were. Stephan Asby, Kenneth Long, Kahreem Davis and Jaquan Perry impressed one company rep so much that he stopped what he was doing to google our school."
