Dear Jaguar Family,

As we enter our second year together at Ridgeland Secondary Academy of Excellence, I am excited for the continued progress of our amazing students. Our motto, "Every student matters! Every second counts!” embodies our commitment to advocating for the needs of each student and making the most of the time we have to prepare them for the future by creating a supportive learning environment.

I am honored to serve as principal and continue our journey towards excellence. Over the past year, I have witnessed the dedication and Jaguar spirit of our staff, students, and families, which has made RSAE a truly special place.  With 28 years of experience in education, I remain driven by the personal growth and achievements of each student. We are building a strong community that celebrates diversity, fosters collaboration, and embraces individuality.

Building and maintaining strong relationships is at the core of my educational philosophy. I value the input and ideas of our staff, students, and families and believe that collaboration is key to our success. I encourage you to share your thoughts and aspirations for our school.
