SC American Legion Oratorical Contest Quadrant Four Region

Candace Reilley and Kimora Aiken, two phenomenal seniors at Ridgeland Hardeeville High School, contested at the regional level for the American
Legion Oratorical Contest in Abbey
Glen Way, SC on Saturday, February 26, 2022. Both Kimora and Candance
received $100 from their post commanders, Jim Defrehn and Jay
Graves, for their participation. Candace Reilley was judged the winner of the contest for Quadrant Four region and received a $1,000
college scholarship. She will move on to compete at the state championship in Columbia SC on March 12 for up to $7,500 in scholarship funds.
